Interviews with Four Arizmendi Worker-Owners
GEO member Malikia Johnson recently traveled to the Bay Area and took the opportunity to interview worker-owners at four of the Arizmendi bakeries. She asked them about how they got involved with the co-op, what it's like to be a co-owner of a democratic business, and what it would take to get them to work in a traditional business again.
