We're excited to announce that the 2026 Worker Co-op Conference will be held at Roxbury Community College in Boston, Massachusetts! The theme this year's conference is "Owning Our Future.” We'll explore the ways that cooperative structures expand democratic practice and community resilience, and encourage us to think innovatively to build an economy where workers and communities thrive.
