In this interview with R.T. Brown of the Brattleboro Development Credit Coroporation, Matt Cropp of the Vermont Employee Ownership Center discusses the basics of worker cooperative structure, differences between worker co-ops and ESOPs, and sources of funding for worker co-op startups and conversions. This interview was part of the BDCC's REGENER8 program for business reorganization and succession, which is funded by the USDA.
