Cafe Euphoria in Troy slates April 29 grand opening

Items on the menu are generally priced on a three-tier scale, with the top price suggested for those make more than $62,000 annually, the middle for those earning less, the lowest for members of the trans/non-gender-conforming community who have low income or are food-insecure
