The Equal Exchange Customer Service Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve our customers in food co-ops, grocery stores, cafes and food service institutions, and assist with serving school and congregational accounts customers as well.
We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. Previous customer service experience preferred.Equal Exchange’s Sales Department works with natural food stores, alternative trade retailers, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, distributers and other retailers to introduce them to fairly traded products, help them understand our mission and provide them with tools to educate their customers about Fair Trade and our producer partners.
This is a full-time, hourly position out of our West Bridgewater, MA office. Equal Exchange is a worker-owned cooperative and an equal opportunity employer.
